To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Some products may be excluded from returns due to hygiene or other specific reasons, which will be stated on the product page.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
- Any items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Refund Method
